At DJIStore-US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the device in its original box including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
